    Plaquenil and dizziness DailyStrength I have to break it up and take it 4 times a day to get in the normal 2 200mg tablets per day. The dizziness got better although I still have it a little from time to time. I too had to have the MRI just to make sure the brain didn't have small blood clots or inflammation going on. It's very good that your rheumy is checking!
